APS had given a consultantcy work to MRT-TCC Sugar Investment Company Limited (MTSI), the joint-venture between Plantheon Company, subsidiary of TCC Group in Thailand, and Mong Reththy Investment Cambodia Oil Palm Company (MRICOP) in Cambodia, for 60 ton/day Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) production plant in Preah Sihanouk Province.
Our scope of service are project feasibility review, schedule control, issuance of TOR (design and construction work), technical evaluation, contract review and verification, construction management and control, operation monitoring at early stage and performance evaluation before handing over.
